Job Description
Cheese manufacturer in Corfu, NY is looking for several packaging and process technicians to join their team!
1st shift hours - 5am-2:30pm Mon-Fri
2nd shift hours - 2pm-12:30am Mon-Fri
Pay starts at $17.50 + differential

JOB DUTIES:
- Package cheese products accurately and efficiently in compliance with established packaging specifications
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product safety and quality
- Maintain consistent production flow while upholding quality standards
- Monitor packaged products for defects and report quality concerns to supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other packaging or production areas as needed
- Support a team-oriented work environment through effective communication and cooperation
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension
- Reliable work ethic with a positive, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
