Job Description
Local composites and plastics manufacturer in Buffalo, NY is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join their team!!
1st shift hours - 6am-2:30pm
Direct hire opportunity
Pay varies based on experience, up to $40/hr

JOB DUTIES:
- Perform any and all electrical installs and upgrades throughout the plant
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with electromechancal systems, working along side industrial mechanics on a daily basis
- Work on electrical systems up to 480v
- Wire and install any panels and controls as needed, program PLCs as needed
- Maintain documentation and safety standards throughout all projects
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 3+ years of previous industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience working on electrical systems up to 480v
- Troubleshooting and repair knowledge
- Service and installation experience required, including processing equipment and panels
- Knowledge of PLCs is preferred
- Must be safety conscious and have good communication skills
