Looking for skilled manufacturing laborers for a local precast concrete company in Tonawanda, NY

1st shift hours - 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri + OT

Pay starts at $18/hr

JOB DUTIES:

-Perform material handling of high density foam for molds

-Cut foam to size and use machinery to form as needed

-Measure and assemble foam molds per specifications

-Adjust molds as needed, perform quality checks

-Operate machines or forklift as needed

-Grind steel bars for reinforcements for the pouring of concrete

-Assist with the finishing of concrete blocks as needed

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have 2+ years of detailed assembly or construction experience

-Must be able to read blue prints and a tape measure

-Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment around machinery

-Experience with carpentry, concrete or forklift a plus
