Job Description

Local distributor of high end hospitality goods and snacks seeking someone who’s full of good vibes who will bring fresh energy to the team! We're hiring a Creative & Print Production Assistant with a great attitude and a knack for details is needed! In this role, the assistant will support the creative team by assisting with managing print production, design tasks, and ensuring smooth project execution. If you are a creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a desire to contribute to high-quality results, this is a great opportunity.

Hours can vary, required hours Mon-Weds 9am-2pm. Additional hours can be allowed

Pay varies based on experience - $17-20/hr

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll support both the creative design process and hands-on print production
  • Assist with print operations including color management and file troubleshooting
  • Review and implement the requested modifications to the print-ready files
  • Quality check finished products to ensure they meet our standards
  • Assist in creating content for social media (writing posts, designing graphics, or taking photos)
  • Creating and maintaining systems for effectively managing digital and physical files
  • Help on the production floor when order printing is complete

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Are tech-savvy and creative (bonus if you’re pursuing a degree in marketing, design, or love content creation!)
  • Ability to navigate within the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Understanding of print production processes and file preparation within the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as contribute to collective team goals
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a diverse environment
  • Proactively seeks guidance, clarification, and feedback from management and team members
  • Are positive, upbeat, and people naturally gravitate toward you
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow with us
